Olivia Caldwell (Book Character)

Olivia Caldwell was at one point believed to be Spencer's real mom, but eventually Spencer finds out that she is actually her surrogate mother. Spencer first connected with her through I Love U a website made for connecting parents to their biological children. Spencer visits Olivia in New York, without her parents knowing, and then Spencer buys an apartment in New York using her college fund. Spencer later realizes that Olivia and her realtor scammed her and drained her college fund account of money.
